SOUTH WEZT – SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

SOUTH WEZT products are printed to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, the delivery options currently available are:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked – estimated 4–8 business days
Royal Mail 24 Tracked – estimated 4–7 business days

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size of your order and the delivery service selected.

Please note that production time and delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays can occur after dispatch which are outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or you have a problem with a delivery, please contact us at hello@southwezt.co.uk with your name and order number.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@southwezt.co.uk. As our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has entered production.
